OK - I'll guess without looking.
I think it's the Green guy - Dean Kuniack (spelling).
Dennis Kucinich is a Democrat but he is very far left.
Dennis Kucinich? Is that how poorly Ventura County rates? I wish we could get a real candidate to come here.
The really sad part of all of this: every one of the candidates (in both parties) argues that he or she has what it takes to be President, but only one or two of them have any meaningful knowledge, understanding or wisdom to do the job - particularly in the area of foreign policy.
Pick Axe, I agree with you completely!
No offense to Kucinich, but come on......the top-tier candidates only go where the money is and while Democrats in Ventura County have got the money (believe me on that one), they have proven that they aren't willing to fork any of it over when push comes to shove.
Which is worse: Dems that won't whole-heartedly support their candidates financially or candidates that only go where the bottom-line comes out in their favor??? It's a tough one and it is one of the things that makes being a Dem kind of frustrating...
