( Barack Obama on technology.)
Ventura City Council Member Bill Fulton writes a blog explaining the tough choices he makes at http://fulton4ventura.blogspot.com/ .
Check it out sometime. Bill, I am very impressed with your efforts to make local government more accessible to the public.
What local politician or group would you be most interested in reading a regularly updated blog from?
I think Rep. Gallegly's blog would prove insightful. I would like his views on many of the Republican Caucus members he has worked with.
I would also like to see a blog from a member of the Simi Valley Police Department about the regular day to day stuff that they have to deal with as they keep us safe.
Hey,
A side note on categories and comments.
1. If you see an unfair, inappropriate comment for a public forum please send me an email so I can delete it. I delete comments for language and other reasons. If in doubt send it in.
2. When this blog started categories was a way for me to keep track of entries but wasn't very public. That being said I didn't assign many categories of label entries that often. I am adding new categories as I write new entries.
I just started a new system where I label the politicians party membership. I plan to update them more over the summer.
3. You can always email in news tips even if they seem really small. Want to have a photo of an event posted? Send it in.
4. Thanks for reading!

I would also like to see a blog written by a park board member. Especially if it was written by someone that added in some humor.
I'd like to see WMI participate in a blog.
Another interesting blog could be Peter Foy writing about the county supervisor's meetings.
