Trust? Personal honor?
George Tenet, the former CIA director, stated on “60 Minutes” that “at the end of the day, the only thing you have … is your trust and your personal honor.”
As the head of the CIA, he never exhibited outrage about the outing of the covert CIA operative Valerie Plame. Rather, he expressed, almost four years later, a passing concern for the leak. An honorable man would have spoken out. He did not; thus, he is disingenuous. That’s a slam dunk.
