I am 73 years old and have Medicare and the AARP Supplemental (Plan J). What is going to happen to my coverage/premiums?

I'd like to know how this affects the ability for insurance companies to claim pre-existing conditions, both for children of the insured and the adults insured themselves.

I am a senior on Medicare Advantage. Can I continue with my present doctor? When will I lose Medicare Advantage? Is there an outline of what benefits we will be receiving in the future?

I would like to know this new health care is going to work for people who are indigent, unemployed, and may have a past with law enforcement? I follow under those categories. I'm not proud of my past, but it is what it is and it is the reason I have had a very difficult time finding steady employment. I never killed anyone or molested nor would I ever. My past is a constant problem to me trying to get on with a future. Society never forgives. I have changed my life totally along with my way of thinking. I am staying in Texas for the time being, but will be going back to Calif. in the next few months. I only say that to say I am not eligible for food stamps or assistance here because of a prior drug conviction where I did qualify for assistance in Calif. The lady I seen here in Texas told me if I had been convicted of murder or even child molesting I would of been eligible. I feel like a lot of priorities are messed up in this country. I have done a lot of things in my life I am not proud of, but nothing like that. It just makes me feel bad when a sick ------ ------ like that has more rights then me. I don't want hand outs, I want a job but I recognize I'm on the bottom of the food chain. Lots of people with degrees can't even find work. Plus a lot of these drug laws were put into effect by people who by their own admission have and for all I know my still have done drugs themselves. I guess it's all different when you come from money. I love my country and our troops but do not and probably will never trust our gov. I may be way off subject but I believe my own government is responsible for a lot of the drug traffic in our country. I creates to many jobs (more police, prisons, county jails, rehab) and on and on. Might sound like some kind of conspiracy nut but that is my belief and many of the friends and family are in agreement. We are supposed to be the worlds super power but we can't even control our own borders. When we threaten to Mexico throws a fit and we bow down,or at least our government does. Why? Because both sides rely on the drug trade and the money it generates. Mexico manufactures and we consume. How sad. Thanks for listening. Hope you reply. Sincerely, Benny Patterson P.S. I am totally off parole and probation for the first time in many years and take steps daily to remain this way.
